An immersive night of Japanese dining, performance & after-dark energy.
July 17th, 2026
For one night, Miss Fish transforms into a living stage of movement, sound, and flavor — where dinner and performance unfold together in a seamless, evolving experience.

This is not a show with dinner on the side. From the first course to the final performance, every element of the evening moves together — the food, the music, the bodies in motion, the atmosphere in the room. SAKURAN builds slowly, then fully. What begins as something intimate quietly becomes something you won’t stop thinking about.
The aesthetic and visual world of SAKURAN is shaped in collaboration with fashion designer Mauricio Alpizar — bringing together culinary artistry, wearable art, live performance, and immersive design into one cohesive sensory experience. Where the kitchen meets the stage, and fashion meets the table.

Deliberate. Precise. Present. Performers move through the space — not on a stage, but among the tables.
Art made in real time, in the room. Ink on skin, watch as it becomes something.
Sharp, tense, unexpected. A shift in the energy of the entire room.
Sound that shapes the night from the first course to the last song. Everything is part of the evening.
Crafted for the occasion by Chef Carlos Barvo and the Miss Fish culinary team, SAKURAN presents a curated multi-course menu inspired by the Japanese film Sakuran — a dining journey built to move with the rhythm of the night. What begins as an intimate, omakase-style experience gradually opens as the evening evolves: music rises, performances shift, and the room comes fully alive.
An intimate, chef-led multi-course dining journey through the evening. Includes selected beverages.
A more open, relaxed setting is still immersive, still entirely part of the night. Includes selected beverages.
